Job Overview

Lead the Charge in Central Government Sales

BMS Tech Sales is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion within the Central Government and public sector. As Head of Sales(Central Government), you will be responsible for crafting winning sales strategies, building enduring client relationships, and guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to exceed expectations.

The Role:

  • Drive Sales Growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team by motivating and empowering a team of public sector sales specialists and account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving sustainable growth.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience by working seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record in selling services in the central government, ideally within the IT solutions and services domain.
  • Experience in Sales Team Management with a proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration and achieve impressive results.
  • Strong Understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities.
  • Relationship Building skills to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Package - Up to £120k, Double OTE - Flexible Depending on Experience
