About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Access Insurance. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and designing bespoke insurance policies for charities and not-for-profit organizations.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients' risks are managed effectively, and they have the necessary insurance coverage to protect their assets and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to new business enquiries and provide quotations to clients.
  • Conduct fact-finding to identify clients' requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' risk assessments and insurance coverage.
  • Research and recommend insurance products from various insurers to meet clients' needs.
  • Communicate with clients and insurers to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewal.
  • Issue policy documents and invoices to clients, and update records accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a background in charity insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and systems.
