About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Solus Accident Repair Centres team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and efficient service, from initial contact to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A strong customer-focused background, with experience in providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional results.
