Job Summary

We are seeking a pro-active Data Management and Analysis Professional to join our Operations team at Newcastle Hospitals Charity.

This role involves maintaining and administering the Beacon database, developing new processes, and maximising its use across the organisation.

You will also produce analytical reports to support fundraising and marketing activity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead in the management and development of the Charity's CRM and supporting systems.
  • Ensure data protection and information governance policies are adhered to.
  • Assist in collecting, storing, and updating charity constituent information.
  • Retrieval and analysis of data from various sources to support fundraising and supporter engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data is populated into the CRM system.
  • Produce reports as required and support analytical work of the Charity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with databases.
  • Previous experience of data entry/data management.
  • Excellent IT skills, including database systems, office software, and online platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £34,000-£41,000 per annum, depending on experience.
