About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team at Capita. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service standards, managing customer expectations, and contributing expertise to the development of new processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries promptly and professionally.
- Proactively manage customer expectations by resolving requests efficiently.
- Contribute expertise to the development of new processes, including SharePoint integration.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, amendment, and deletion, as well as password resets.
- Configure and secure SharePoint sites, providing access management and liaison with site owners and service providers.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and integration with MS Office.
- Previous experience in administering MS Entra ID and/or SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and awareness of security issues.
- Ability to integrate into a small dedicated team.
- Willingness to develop technical knowledge in the role.
