Key Responsibilities- Assess and address the therapeutic needs of patients and their families, contributing to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the team to devise and implement customized treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative services, such as our physical monitoring program, parent support groups, and collaboration with the local Adolescent Unit.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations.
