About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team in East Cornwall. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex and challenging needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to support patients in achieving their goals and improving their mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective interventions.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of the Trust's occupational therapy service and best practice initiatives.
