Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant psychiatrist to lead our Children and Young People's Eating Disorder Service (CYPEDS). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the therapeutic needs of our patients and their families, contributing to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
Our service is committed to providing NICE-concordant, evidence-based treatments for children and young people with eating disorders. We are recognized as a regional leader for our innovative services, including our physical monitoring program, parent support groups, and collaboration with the local Adolescent Unit to enhance eating disorder care.
As a clinical leader, you will play a vital role in advancing our service, particularly in initiatives for ARFID and day care provision for Anorexia Nervosa. You will work closely with our team to develop a personal development plan, supporting lifelong learning and growth, and will be offered opportunities for professional development, including pursuing further qualifications, research, or involvement in our transformation initiatives.
