About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level technical support to users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Conducting regular maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Exchange, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routers, and switches.
  • Installation and configuration of IT hardware and software.
