Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and process ordered equipment specifications and compliance to design brief.
  2. Collaborate with the admin team to process orders on the factory floor.
  3. Provide technical interface and point of contact for the equipment purchaser/user during the contract process.
  4. Attend site visits as required to ensure correct installation and contract process.
  5. Work with the sales team to ensure smooth flow of information to clients, particularly in relation to lead times.
  6. Liaise with the factory during the order process.
  7. Check and issue factory documentation, including GA drawings and wiring diagrams.
  8. Liaise with the factory regarding testing requirements.
  9. Organize lead times and schedule deliveries.
  10. Coordinate on-site commissioning, including generation of method statements and risk assessments.
  11. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational, administration, and communication skills, with a particular eye for detail when analyzing and reviewing documentation. Experience in a similar role within the industry or allied contract management role is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and control systems. Engineering qualifications are not essential, but IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are required. Excellent communication and analytical skills are also essential.

Benefits

Mitsubishi Electric offers a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance, flexible working options, pension, life assurance, and group income protection scheme.
