Job Title: Senior Student Immigration Compliance & Advice Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Student Immigration Compliance & Advice Officer to join our International Student Administration team at Birkbeck, University of London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of Compliance Officers and ensuring that students are issued Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) in an efficient and high-quality manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Compliance Officers to ensure timely and accurate issuance of CAS to international students.
  • Implement and maintain compliance with UKVI policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with academic departments, Finance, External Relations, and other teams across the University.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing Government policies and ensure the University maintains compliance.
  • Maximize recruitment from non-UK markets while ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student immigration compliance, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
