Senior Immigration Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Immigration Specialist to join our team at FactSet. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on UK immigration matters to our employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse caseload, including visa applications, sponsorship licenses, and extensions.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications to the Home Office.
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration law and regulations.
- Liaise with employees to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Assist employees with compliance and risk management related to immigration issues.
- Represent employees in discussions with the Home Office and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct consultations and prepare detailed case assessments and strategies.
- Deliver excellent client service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in immigration consultancy or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a variety of immigration cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- OISC Level 1, 2, or 3 registration.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with corporate immigration and sponsorship licensing.
- Background in a law firm or specialized immigration consultancy.
