Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives, assisting with personal care, practical tasks, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
