Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care and support, helping our clients with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Help clients manage their medication and maintain their independence
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
