About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our exceptional supported living service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and administering medication with care and precision.
  • Provide active support and engage with individuals in meaningful activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer personal care with dignity and respect, ensuring the highest level of comfort and support.
  • Accompany individuals on leisure activities and into the community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a good understanding of the social care sector, who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. A full driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
