To be successful in this role, you will need to have a NVQ Level 3 qualification in care or equivalent experience, as well as evidence of experience in a care setting. You will also need to hold a valid driving licence.

As a Community Support Worker with our Trust, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and colleagues, and to make a real difference to the lives of those you support.
