About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Independent Living Coordinator to join our team in the East Sussex area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of independent living services to residents in our sheltered schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external agencies
  • Assess and address the needs of residents and develop effective support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the achievement of scheme performance targets

Requirements

  • Understanding of the diverse needs of older people
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and can prioritise work to meet deadlines and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £28-£32 per hour, depending on experience.
