Job Overview

This part-time role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality home care services. You will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Helping with meal preparation and feeding
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Escorting clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Patient and understanding when working with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client's privacy

Salary and Benefits
