Job Role: Assistant Store Manager

Hours per week: 40 (5x shifts per week)

Shift pattern (if applicable): Morning (8am - 4pm) and Evening (4pm - 10pm). You must be fully flexible from Monday - Sunday to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Area Management to ensure the venue meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote our offers, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
  • Recommend games and alternative machines to our customers, enhancing their experience.
  • Support the manager in the day-to-day running of the venue and act as venue manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
  • Preferred: 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • ID checking is a requirement, as we operate a Challenge 25 policy across all venues.

Working Conditions:

  • 8 hour shift.

Location: Colchester, CO1 1SZ. Ability to commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
