**Job Title:** Academic Support Staff for Students with Special Needs

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an academic support staff member to join our team at a fantastic school in Southwark. As an academic support staff member, you will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN), promoting their academic and personal development.

You will work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN. You will also support students with their daily routines, including meal times, breaks, and after-school activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with various SEN needs, patience, and creativity. You will also have a commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils, maintaining confidentiality at all times, and safeguarding pupils' well-being and equality.
