We are recruiting a Field Service Technician to cover the South West region.

The successful candidate will be required to utilize their skills and experience in servicing and repairing plant equipment on customer sites.

The company has a reputation for quality and prides itself on its reactive and industry-leading repair and maintenance service.

The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and able to uphold the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend customer sites to conduct and complete scheduled services or repair work on company-manufactured equipment.
  • Communicate with the office coordination team to ensure effective planning and delivery of the service schedule.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with Health and Safety Procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.
  • Carry out machine commissions, demonstrations, and operator familiarization as required.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and/or NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of servicing and repairing plant/construction machinery.
  • Ability to travel within the role, with some overnight stays.
