Job Summary:

Axiom Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service IT Technician to join our team. As a Field Service IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across multiple sites within a 30-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for a range of operating systems, applications, and medical devices.
  • Field Service: Perform on-site maintenance and repairs of IT equipment, including network, servers, and telephony systems.
  • Asset Management: Conduct physical asset audits and ensure accurate reporting of assets on-site.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Travel: Travel between multiple sites within a 30-mile radius to provide on-site support.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting Video Conferencing units, telephony, and network port patching.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
