Job Summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled Field Service IT Technician to join our team. As a Field Service IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publish Floor Walk reports with incident and service request details.
  • Update comms room and meeting room health check reports by adding recent photos of comms room devices and cabling.
  • Install, configure, and support a range of operating systems and applications.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve problems regarding supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot Video Conferencing units.
  • Perform telephony and network port patching.
  • Support network, servers, and medical devices related faults.
  • Provide printer support and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with Client Specific application troubleshooting.
  • Conduct Physical Asset Audits and report on-site every month.
  • Ensure the Asset Management tool is up to date.
  • Travel between multiple sites within a 30-mile radius.
  • Have a car for site visits.
  • Work in shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Requirements
  • Experience in troubleshooting Video Conferencing units.
  • Telephony and Network port patching experience.
  • Ability to provide support for network, servers, and medical devices related faults.
  • Printer support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to provide support for Client Specific application troubleshooting.
  • Experience in the medical field is preferred but not compulsory.
