Job Title: Travel Branch/Sales Manager

At dnata, we're passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences. We're seeking an experienced Travel Branch/Sales Manager to join our team in Cheltenham.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the overall financial and sales performance of your store. You'll work closely with our wider management team to drive sales results and champion the Travelbag brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maximise revenue through a strong sales and customer service focus.
  • Direct and manage your store within agreed operational and financial budgets.
  • Work in partnership with post-sales teams to ensure a high-quality end-to-end service to our customers.
  • Pre-empt and resolve any operational or financial issues that may impact performance.
  • Engage with marketing and sales departments to drive enquiries and increase footfall.
  • Propose plans for localised revenue generation and contribute to brand events.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in an inbound travel sales environment, either call centre or retail.
  • Sound operational management experience.
  • A thorough understanding of resource optimisation and delivery.
  • An excellent team player with leadership and coaching skills.
  • Resilient and able to overcome challenges to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and approach work with a mature and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
