NOC Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC Shift Supervisor to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our Network Operations Centre, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our clients on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive team success
  • Analyze call and ticket data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a NOC or technical support environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions
  • ITIL Foundation certification (desirable)
  • CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification (desirable)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • A £5,000 shift allowance
  • A 4-on-4-off rotation pattern with shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00
