NOC Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC Shift Supervisor to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our Network Operations Centre, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our clients on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of network support specialists to ensure peak performance and efficient incident resolution
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive team success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a NOC or network support role, with a strong background in IT or telecommunications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation Qualification or above (desirable)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000, plus a £5,000 shift allowance
  • A 4-on-4-off rotation pattern, working 07:00 to 19:00 and rotation 19:00 to 07:00
