The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Minimum two years of relevant occupational experience, demonstrating current competence in the field
  • In-depth knowledge of the Teaching Assistant standard, covering its specifics and assessment framework
  • Leadership skills, driving effective meetings and discussions
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining quality assurance
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth, aligning with new apprenticeship requirements and the EPA specialism
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics at Level 2
  • A valid DBS check

You will also need:

  • Expertise in the associated apprenticeship standard, assessment plans, and tools
  • Capacity for unbiased assessments
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines

Annual Salary: £48,000. This position requires a minimum of two working days per week, offering a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment. Due to the nature of the role, only UK-based candidates will be considered.
