Job Overview:

Pearson is seeking a qualified Asset Manager and EPA Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have recent relevant experience, knowledge of asset management, and teaching/assessing qualifications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading meetings, interviewing candidates, and complying with quality assurance requirements. They will also contribute to external quality assurance activities and raise conflicts of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct EPA activities in line with quality assurance protocols.
  • Maintain CPD and assess candidate performance.
  • Follow risk management procedures and report risks accordingly.
  • Attend standardisation events and support Pearson with appeals.
  • Contribute to external quality assurance activities and ensure overall standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Recent relevant experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
  • Teaching/assessing qualifications or equivalent.
  • Able to maintain CPD and follow quality assurance protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
