Lead Teaching Professional

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Head to work with an outstanding Primary school in Norfolk. As Assistant Head, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher in leading and managing the school.
Responsibilities will include formulating the overall aims and objectives of the school, developing good relationships with local authorities and parents, and taking overall responsibility for the school as required.
Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years' teaching experience, 1 year's leadership and management experience, and Qualified Teacher Status. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have awareness of current good practice and development in SEN, as well as knowledge of practices and procedures relating to child welfare and safety.
Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
