Join Our Team as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at a well-established, family-run SME. With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing bespoke machinery, we are looking for someone to be part of our current growth strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across various sectors, including Nuclear, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Renewable Energy, and Oil & Gas. As a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be part of the complete engineering process, from initial research and development to manufacturing installation and inspection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.
  • Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges and deliver quality solutions.
  • Support site surveys and installation when necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
