As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a pub team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs
  • Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the General Manager
  • Bring previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role
