Assistant Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to join our team at Elbrus Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our innovation centre, ensuring a high level of customer service and supporting the growth of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Centre Manager in creating a successful centre locally, regionally, and nationally by selling and marketing the product offering while enhancing its reputation for excellence.
- Deliver a market-leading service to the innovation centre community in facilities, support, and collaborative connections, and the training and development of centre staff.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service levels, supporting the Centre Manager with overall management control and accountability for the commercial performance of the centre.
- Deputise for the Centre Manager when absent from site, overseeing the full operation and management of the centre and team.
- Customer service experience: 2 years (preferred)
- United Kingdom work authorisation: required
- Haverhill location: preferred
