We're seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Marston's PLC.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your pub team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs
- Inspire and motivate your pub team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the General Manager
- Bring previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment
