We're seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Marston's PLC.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in achieving financial and business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of pub staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in achieving financial and business KPIs
- Inspire and motivate the pub team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the General Manager
- Bring previous experience in a similar Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment
