YourPrime, a leading fintech company, is at the forefront of Open Banking, enabling businesses to offer better, cheaper, and innovative financial solutions. We are dedicated to building world-class payments and data infrastructure through Open Banking, empowering businesses and customers alike.
Job Summary:
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Open Banking & Payments product portfolio, measured by OKRs/KPIs, and driven by continuous improvements based on customer and market insights.
- Engage with the Open Banking ecosystem, including fintechs, banks, regulators, and operators, to assess new opportunities and develop new products.
- Define and track product KPIs and team OKRs to measure quality, success, and impact.
- Manage the go-to-market journey for new APIs, partnering with the Commercial Team to ensure successful launches and user adoption.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of products related to Open Banking and payments, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration based on user feedback.
- Use data analytics and insights to drive decisions, particularly around payment products, and measure success to inform future development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, particularly within the fintech or payments sectors, with a deep understanding of Open Banking and API design.
- Ability to engage with customers to inform product strategy, and experience building products that solve customer problems.
