Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our Registry and Operations Team as a Compliance and Administrative Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring students are compliant at enrolment, including checking visas, issuing BRPs, and verifying addresses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate record keeping and provide comprehensive data relating to compliance as required by senior colleagues.
  • Process student withdrawals, maintaining accurate records and providing evidence as needed.
  • Monitor student attendance, issuing attendance warnings and reports, and deal with attendance enquiries and authorised absence requests.
  • Chase student debt, maintaining accurate records and providing debt reports to senior colleagues.
  • Assist with organising student induction and events, and complete student applications to university via the Direct Entry system.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working within administration, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proven customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
