  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance enquiries, promoting effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage a range of administrative duties to support the lettings process, including responding to enquiries and preparing property documents.
  • Play a key role in student lettings, particularly during peak periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in property is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
