Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the lettings process.
- Provide administrative support with property documents and legislation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance enquiries, promoting effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage a range of administrative duties to support the lettings process, including responding to enquiries and preparing property documents.
- Play a key role in student lettings, particularly during peak periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in property is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
