Facilities Manager

Job Summary:
EC Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the property portfolio management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of property presentation are maintained at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Procure and manage a team of multi-discipline contractors to ensure high standards of service.
- Assist in setting service charge budgets and manage/control expenditure accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including health and safety.
- Coordinate inspections and meetings across the portfolio.
- Manage void property inspections and ensure compliance with insurance policy.
- Develop strong relationships with tenants and ensure professional communication.
- Ensure the Property Portfolio complies with current/new legislation.
Requirements:
- Experience in Commercial, Facilities or Residential Property.
- A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Manage a varied workload exercising judgment in prioritising day to day tasks.
- Create a positive first impression face-to-face and over the phone with clients.
- A full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
