Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Norse Commercial Services Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive works.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive works to ensure all works are delivered to budget and agreed standards.
- Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management to all site contacts and central NCC clients.
- Ensure all work carried out by contractors meets required specifications and timelines.
- Compile quotes and estimates for remedial and small project works, in compliance with client procurement framework.
- Ensure all relevant legislation, health and safety, codes of practice, and Norse Commercial Services Policies are conformed to.
- Previous experience of delivering Facilities Management services.
- Experience of managing sub-contractors.
- Commercially aware, with financial and budgetary experience.
- Influential with strong stakeholder management experience.
- Full UK Drivers Licence to meet travel requirements.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- NEST pension.
