Facilities Manager

EC Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property portfolio management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our industrial, office, and retail properties across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the company to all tenants, suppliers, contractors, and third parties, enhancing and building the company's reputation.
- Ensure high standards of property presentation are maintained at all times, and escalate significant, strategic, or forward-looking risks and opportunities.
- Manage a mixed portfolio of properties, including void property inspections and ensuring compliance with insurance policies.
- Procure and manage a team of multi-discipline contractors to ensure high standards of service, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Maintain effective relationships with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, including health and safety.
- Experience in commercial, facilities, or residential property management.
- Ability to create a positive first impression face-to-face and over the phone with clients.
- Responsive, flexible, and professional attitude with the ability to adapt priorities.
- A full UK driving license and use of own vehicle.
