Job Description

Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Events Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead the Conference and Banqueting operations, take ownership of allocated areas, and maximize customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, maturity, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage conference rooms, set up according to event road sheets, meeting guests' expectations.
  • Ensure food and beverage services meet hotel standards and time requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Attend briefings and departmental meetings.
  • Follow fire, health, and safety regulations, implementing correct procedures when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in events coordination and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel policies and procedures regarding privacy, confidentiality, and data protection.
