Architectural Technologist, Bournemouth

A senior position has become available for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a prominent architectural consultancy in the South of England.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery through technical RIBA stages 4 & 5, developing technical solutions, and overseeing architectural design coordination using BIM engineered drawings.

The Job Requirements:
  1. Lead project delivery through technical RIBA stages 4 & 5.
  2. Develop technical solutions and collaborate with external consultants and contractors.
  3. Oversee architectural design coordination using BIM engineered drawings to achieve coordinated contract drawings.
  4. NBS specification writing.
  5. Develop construction details and coordinate external consultants' information.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of professional UK-based practice experience, strong knowledge of UK Planning policies and building regulations, BA Hons in Architectural Technology, membership of CIAT, and Revit experience. Experience in NBS writing will be an advantage.

The Compensation:

£30k - £45k depending on experience.
