Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. You will be responsible for business growth, securing new clients, and maintaining existing relationships. You will work closely with our clients to provide impeccable advice and assist in the design of HVAC systems according to their specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Secure new clients and maintain existing relationships through regular site visits and exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert advice and assist in the design of HVAC systems to meet client specifications.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage large budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Forge strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and contractors.
- Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, and/or AHUs.
- Customer relationship management experience within the industry.
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of systems.
- High financial and commercial awareness with the ability to manage large budgets and resources.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong business relationships.
- A thorough understanding of and ability to deliver outstanding and continuous customer service.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365.
- A generous basic wage plus excellent bonus opportunities.
- A company car.
- 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing in service.
- Pension Scheme.
- Working hours are 40 hours per week.
