Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Inverness, supporting two young men with varying needs. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in organizing activities, developing life skills, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
  • Encourage participation in activities, such as swimming, football, and DIY projects
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, guardians, and other professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
