About the Role:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and any guest queries or concerns.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
  • Proactively solve problems and think on your feet to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel information, local attractions, and events to provide guests with expert recommendations and insider knowledge.
