Locum Community Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Tripod Partners. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to adults in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients with intermediate care needs, including community physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic approaches to assessment and care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy lifestyles and disease management.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration and a valid driving license.
  • Experience working in a community setting, with a focus on intermediate care and rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and workload.
