We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' goals, needs, and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Physiotherapy or BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or overseas equivalent.
- A range of clinical placements during physiotherapy course.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
- Evidence of having undertaken own development to improve understanding of equalities issues.
- Evidence of having championed diversity in previous roles (as appropriate to role).
