  • Support co-production by involving individuals we support in their care and support.
  • Have excellent organisational skills to manage a caseload and plan intervention, coaching, and liaison effectively given the often-unpredictable nature of demand.
  • Practice leadership by leading by example and on occasions being on shift with staff to support the implementation of strategies where appropriate.

  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance included).
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a leadership capacity, leading and influencing others positively.
  • An in-depth understanding of the principles of Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis.
  • A history of conducting behavioural assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating interventions for individuals.
  • A history of direct support experience with individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism, and behaviours of concern.

  • Integrity and resilience to provide the best possible services to the individuals we are entrusted to support.
  • Ability to overcome barriers and embrace opportunities to explore creative thinking.
  • A formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or a related field.
