Job Title: Building Compliance Manager

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Building Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical services and compliance of our office buildings and facilities meet legislative requirements and company policies.

About the Role

As the Building Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Manage technical building compliance for our owned and leased offices, identifying and delivering capital investment and improvement projects related to technical services and managing budgets for proactive and reactive maintenance.
  • Lead and track service improvement initiatives in partnership with our facilities provider, managing outsourced providers and third-party contractors to achieve results relating to building compliance.
  • Be the key interface between employees and facilities providers for business demands, events, and projects, as well as dispute resolution in response to problems.
  • React to priority changes as required to provide a professional service within a diverse portfolio to meet business, budget, and employee expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Facilities Management experience that can be demonstrated with a professional body or equivalent.
  • Compliance Management Qualifications such as Fire/Legionella/Asbestos. Previous experience of managing compliance within an FM environment.
  • Great communication skills that enable you to influence and develop positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Project Management experience, delivering multiple projects concurrently of varying scale and scope from concept, inception, and through implementation to final delivery.
