Position Overview

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Building Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical services and compliance of our office buildings and facilities meet legislative requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical building compliance for owned and leased offices, identifying and delivering capital investment and improvement projects related to technical services and managing budgets for proactive and reactive maintenance.
  • Lead and track service improvement initiatives in partnership with the facilities provider, managing outsourced providers and third-party contractors to achieve results relating to building compliance.
  • Technical service lead for the NUK&I integrated facilities management scoping & delivery, stakeholder management and escalation route for NUK&I with the integrated facilities management partner, property & workplace managers, and support teams.
  • Management control of third parties and contracted services, being the key interface between employees and facilities providers for business demands, events, and projects, as well as dispute resolution in response to problems.
  • Identification and delivery of technical improvement projects, support revenue works using integrated facilities provider, reacting to priority changes as required to provide a professional service within a diverse portfolio to meet business, budget, and employee expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous Facilities Management experience that can be demonstrated with a professional body or equivalent.
  • Compliance Management Qualifications such as Fire/Legionella/Asbestos. Previous experience of managing compliance within an FM environment.
  • Great communication skills that enable you to influence and develop positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Project Management experience, delivering multiple projects concurrently of varying scale and scope from concept, inception, and through implementation to final delivery.
